Registration Information

  • Registration only through AdminSkiRacing.com by entry deadline of Monday, February 1, 2016
  • A signed ski area waiver must be submitted at race day registration for all racers and spectators. Please bring the completed copy to registration on race morning. Click here for the racer waiver and click here for the spectator waiver.
  • Limit of 175 total racers (i.e. the total of all three age classes combined may not exceed 175 racers)
  • Registration fee: $37.00 for all racers
  • Lift Ticket Price for racers: $26.00; available by pre-order through AdminSkiRacing.com
  • Lift Ticket price for spectators: $48.00; available by pre-order through AdminSkiRacing.com or at designated race ticket sales point on race morning until 10am

Pertinent times and places on Race Day

  • Registration area will open at 7AM in the Valley View room, for distribution of bibs and pre-ordered lift tickets. This room is on second floor of main lodge when looking at lodge from the slope-side of the building (above ski patrol room). Bib deposit, signed racer waivers and signed spectator waivers must be submitted at this time.
  • A $20 bib deposit will be required at race day registration for all racers, to be refunded at finish area after second run when bib is returned
  • Additional spectator lift tickets will be available for sale at above price until 10AM in the Bistro (next to Valley View Room)
  • Team Captains’/Coaches Meeting at 8AM in Finish area on Pocono Raceway Trail
  • Course Inspection at 8:30AM on Pocono Raceway Trail
  • First run by 9:30AM on Raceway Trail
  • Awards following completion of second run by all age classes/genders, in Valley View 

Other requirements

  • Racers must have equipment as required by USSA rules
  • Spectators who plan to walk up the hill will need to sign a waiver (click here) and be assigned a wristband
