Austin So - President
Austin is SVP, General Counsel, Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer of Armstrong World Industries.
A native of New York City, Austin currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife, Kate, and two children who are on the Race Team (Jack and Emma).
Austin is an exceptionally mediocre skier, a big fan of mixed martial arts, and is desperate to learn tennis.

Gabriel Smith - Vice President
Gabe is a US Marketing Leader in the Vaccine Business Unit at Merck.
He currently resides in the Lehigh Valley with his wife, Anne, and two children (Gabriel and Christian). Gabriel is on the Race Team and Christian will be starting the Development Team this year.
Gabe enjoys skiing with his family and playing golf.

Kim Saltzman- Treasurer
A native of Philadelphia, Kim lives in the city with her husband, Eric, and their two daughters, Karli and Olivia, who are accomplished members of the Camelback ski race team.
Kim has over 20 years of experience in financial operations, including 16 years at the Board of Pensions in Philadelphia.
Kim is a passionate supporter of her family’s skiing, a dedicated professional, and always on the lookout for new pursuits. And she is always happy to serve the team as a gate judge!
