Agla Bjørnsdóttir

Agla is an elite race coach with PASEF, serving on staff since 2021. She brings a distinguished international racing background, having represented Iceland on the U14–U16 National Team, Junior Olympic and Championship Teams, FIS U16 Team, National Team, and the Olympic Team from 2002–2008. Agla is a USSS Level 100 certified coach and has coached at both the club and camp levels, including ARC Racing Camps. Her experience as a World Cup level athlete informs a technical, disciplined, and performance-driven approach to athlete development.
Jennifer Bruchok

Discovery Coach
Jennifer has been a Race Coach with PASEF since 2022 and plays a key role in introducing young athletes to the foundations of alpine ski racing. She is a USSS Alpine Coach, holds PSIA Alpine Level II certification, and is a PSIA Children’s Specialist I. With extensive experience as a Camelback Ski Instructor (2003–2009, 2015–present), Jennifer brings a technically sound, structured, and athlete-centered approach to early development. Her focus is on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a positive relationship with the sport.
Jaden Cook

Jaden is a Race Coach with PASEF, joining the coaching staff in 2025. She brings a high-level competitive background as a USSS Para Junior athlete from 2011–2023, with multiple Top-10 finishes in the Eastern Region at the U14–U18 levels. Jaden also coaches with ARC Racing Camps and applies her experience as a nationally competitive racer to a focused, performance-driven approach to athlete development. She is currently a junior at DeSales University studying Sports Management, blending academic preparation with high-performance coaching.
Keith Dickerson

Keith is an elite race coach with PASEF since 2007, bringing decades of competitive and coaching experience to the program. He is a USSS Alpine Coach Level 200, USSS Alpine Official Level 1, and USSS Referee Level 1. Keith competed at a high level with the New York State Ski Team from 1984–1992, raced in the USSS Eastern Junior Olympics from 1986–1992, and competed on the FIS Eastern Cup circuit from 1990–1992. In addition to his alpine background, he brings extensive leadership experience as a high school coach in varsity and JV soccer (25 seasons), cross country, and field hockey. Keith also coaches with ARC Racing Camps and applies a disciplined, performance-driven approach to athlete development grounded in long-term experience and competitive excellence.
Dr. Alex Golant

Alex has been a Race Coach with PASEF since 2020, bringing a unique combination of high-level coaching experience and elite sports medicine expertise to the program. He is a USSS Alpine Coach Level 100 and has extensive instructional experience as a ski instructor at Camelback and Winter Park, Colorado. In addition to his on-hill background, Dr. Golant serves as a Volunteer Team Physician for the U.S. Ski Team and has held team physician roles with St. John’s University, the New York Cosmos, the New York Jets, and the New York Islanders. As an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, he provides athletes with a performance-driven, safety-focused approach to training and long-term development.

Gregory Martin

Gregory L. Martin Sr. has been a Race Coach with PASEF since 2012, bringing decades of experience in alpine instruction and athlete development. He is a USSS Alpine Coach Level 100 and has coached extensively at the youth and grassroots levels, including the Shawnee Ski-Wee Program and the Camelback Youth Program. Greg also holds PSIA Level II certification and was a long-time participant in PSIA ProJam from 2002–2022. His background combines technical instruction, long-term athlete development, and a strong foundation in building fundamentals. Outside of skiing, Greg works in technical training and development for a major area refining company, bringing structure, consistency, and professionalism to his coaching approach.
Eric Saltzman

Eric has been a Race Coach with PASEF since 2019, bringing a strong development-focused background to the program. He previously served as a Camelback Race Development Coach from 2016–2018 and is a USSS Alpine Coach Level 100. Eric combines a structured, athlete-centered approach with a focus on building strong technical foundations and progression through the age groups. Outside of skiing, he is a sales leader in the fintech and SaaS space, bringing leadership, communication, and consistency to his coaching role.

Sean has been a Race Coach with PASEF since 2019, bringing extensive high-level instruction and leadership experience to the program. He is a USSS Alpine Coach Level 100 and a PSIA Alpine Level III Instructor, with advanced training through the PSIA Eastern Trainers Academy. Sean previously served as Camelback Snowsports School Clinician and Training Director. He is a long-time ski industry professional, representing Blizzard/Tecnica and applies a highly technical, disciplined, and performance-driven approach to athlete development. Outside of skiing, Sean is a licensed professional educator and administrator in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, reinforcing his structured, athlete-centered coaching style.
